Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This bake element is an OEM replacement part designed for use in select Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Inglis, and Magic Chef ranges, ovens, and stoves. It is responsible for providing heat at the bottom of the oven, which is essential for proper baking. If your oven is not heating correctly or you're experiencing uneven baking, replacing the bake element is a likely solution. To replace the bake element, always unplug the oven or turn off the house circuit breaker before starting. The element is located at the bottom of the oven, where it supplies the heat for cooking. After removing any oven racks, disconnect the old element from the electrical connections and remove any screws securing it. Install the new element by aligning and securing it in place, then reconnect the wiring. Verify that the new bake element is functioning by testing the oven after restoring power.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

No heat in oven
Broiler worked, Oven did not. Remove two Phillips screws, unplug element, reverse for installation. Did not correct the issue. After replacing the oven temperature control also, it turned out the control board was the issue all along.

Error 1 & Error code F6 flashing
For model number YACR4303MFW
Hello Chris, Thank you for writing. The F6 indicates there may be a issue with the Oven Control, or the associated wiring and the Error 1 is a touchpad fault. The Board and Touchpad are sold together for this model and they may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
