Oven lost all lights. Control panel does nothing. Oven has power to it.
For model number KOSE500ESS00
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. If the control panel is no longer working the issue is likely the either the panel or the electronic control board and you will need to test the parts with a multimeter to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I am getting a F2E1: Stuck / Shorted Key error on my control panel of my Jen Air double wall oven. Does the entire control panel need replacing (part # W1123688) or is the problem fixable by replacing the CNTRL-ELEC board (part# W11179310) ?
For model number JJW2830DP01
Hi Ray, thank you for contacting us. The F2E1 error code means that your touch pad is shorted out. Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute. Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s). Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again. Verify oven operation. If the issue persists, the touchpad and control panel, part number PS12578738, will need to be replaced. We hope this information is useful!
I have a KitchenAid builtin-in electric wall oven/microwave combo and when I start to program the oven the digital display states the error code: E1 F1 "Error Relay Board" and the oven will not work. However, the same digital display works when programming the microwave. I have tried turning off the electrical breaker, waiting and turning it back on, but am still unable to use the oven and continue to get the error code and message. Can you tell me what will be needed to repair this problem? Is the Relay Board the entire oven/microwave combo control panel? Thank you.
For model number KOCE500ESS05

Hope you can help. I have a Jennair wall oven and the display shows F2E1 Stuck/Shorted Key. This oven isn't that old.
For model number JJW2430DP03
Hello Jimmy, thank you for reaching out. The F2E1 error code indicates a problem with the keypad or the electronic control unit or the wiring between the two. To fix this issue, we would recommend replacing the Control Panel, part number PS12578737. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
The oven suddenly says "Cycle Canceled, Oven Cooling", We were not cleaning the oven. Powering off at the breaker, leaving off for over an hour, when powered on it looks fine than about 15 minutes later we get the above message. One time it said "Err F1E0, display board". We have power cycled it this way multiple times. Is there a way to hard reset the control board other than power cycle?
For model number KODe507EBL
Hello Michael, thank you for contacting us. The F1E0 error code indicates a problematic control board, part number PS12348595. The only hard reset method for it is turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one minute which you have already done. We would recommend checking the wiring of the board and making sure no connection is damaged. If this does not help, the most viable solution is replacing the board. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Hello Fred, thank you for your inquiry. The "F2E1" error indicates a problem with the keypad or the electronic control unit, control panel, or wiring between the two. First, we would prefer to check the connections between the control panel and the control board for any loose or damaged wires and check the control board for any visible damage or burnt areas.
