The oven is completely dark no power after self cleaning cycle and I can't get the door to open and get inside and see what is happening. How do I get the door open.
For model number JJW2430DP01
Hello Fabrizio, Thank you for the question. If power was interrupted during a Self-Clean cycle, and the cycle did not resume, select the "Self Clean" option, then select "Cancel". Wait a couple of minutes then try to start the cycle again. If the oven clean cycle was started by mistake: Press Cancel/Off key. The oven will need to cool to approximately 200F(95C) before the oven door will open. Allow the oven to cool, approximately 30-90 minutes, move the latch arm to the left to unlock the door. We hope this helps!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

faulty meat probe
Not a repair. Just needed to replace the meat probe sensor for the programmable oven. Quick and easy purchase and very fast delivery took care of the problem. I was back in business.
