I scratched the glass on the control panel. Is there replacement glass available? Or do I have to replace the whole right side panel?

Light on over counter hood feature burned out. Replaced with appropriate bulb. Worked and then quit. Sort of... It wont turn off or change intensity as it did before. Multi-meter shows 102 V continuous at the socket. pressing the on/off/intensity switch does nothing to effect the voltage at the socket. I will replace the socket and try again but is this perhaps a mother board issue? if so which part # should I order?

If it is fine, then the issue is most probably with the control board, part number PS16620391. It manages various microwave functions such as heating, lighting and turntable operation.
