RC evaporator fan runs on high 24/7. RC evaporator fan test 03 does not turn off RC fan . Is this a control board issue?

Hello Ryan, Thank you for your inquiry. The fan will run continuously to try and keep the freezer cold, so although it can be caused by the control board, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor/thermistor, the defrost thermostat with wire harness, and the defrost heater. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
