My oven igniters are firing randomly in the off resting position
For model number AGR6603SFW8
Hello Robert, thank you for getting in touch. The random firing of oven igniters in the off position is typically caused by moisture or food debris around the igniter components, or a defective spark module, part number PS12347944. Water from spills, cleaning, or high humidity can short the electrical contacts, causing continuous sparking. Use a dry cloth to wipe up visible moisture. Allow the area to air dry completely. The spark module provides power to the igniters. If it's defective, it may send continuous voltage to the igniters even when the knobs are in the off position. We hope this helps.

hello. im getting a F1 E0 error code. is this the control board that im needing?
For model number wfg535s0js1
Hi Jeffrey, thank you for reaching out. According to our research on the model, the Control Board appears to be faulty and you may need to replace it with part number PS12584354. If you need help placing an order, customer service is available 7 days a week. Glad to be of help!
Hi Reyes, thank you for your inquiry. The F2E0 error indicates a malfunctioning touchpad or control panel, likely due to a “stuck key” or a short in the system. Carefully inspect the touchpad for any physical damage or signs of liquid damage, such as spills. Gently press each button to ensure none are stuck. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control board with touchpad, part number PS12347841, to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
