I ended up looking on you tube for directions ,I ended up breaking the new part but it is made different then the original so it still hooked onto the rack and it stayed there. Is there a "fix" to use for the upper wheel assembly instead of the current, flawed, adjustable rack clip? Current part ps12347744 i don't want an adjustable rack, just one
That is fixed and reliable, that doesn't fall out of the ill-conceived clip?

Hello Tim, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the only upper wheel assembly offered for this unit, that will work with the configuration of the unit and rack is W11157085, which is what is currently on the unit. I hope this helps.

The part on the Whirlpool parts page that is the same # part entered on Parts Select page (while cheaper on PS) is NOT the same photo or the same part in my dishwasher. WHY is the part on PS different and will it work?
