Upper rack roller was broken, and basket would drop
Followed the video from PartSelect. I've used PartSelect for replacement parts three times now, and their videos do an excellent job of showing how to do the repair.
It's worth noting that some DIY repair videos may not be easy to find - PartSelect's customer service department is really good at finding them and sending links.

I have the part (#2 in the diagram) but i don't know how to remove the old parts and put in the new ones. I can not get the top rack out; the end stops will not come off.

Hello Pamela, Thank you for your inquiry. To remove the end clips, pull the upper rack out a third of the way, then use a small flat blade screw driver to push in on the release tab, then pull the stop upward to remove it. Hope this helps!
