I live in the foothills. My power went out. I hooked up my generator to the house and something went wrong. I think I put 220 to one side of my bus I fried a bunch of my lights all the LED lights got fried and my microwave seem fine. My refrigerator seems fine, but my dishwasher is acting like it has no power, and I checked the power and it has power there but nothing lights up or anything so I’m assuming that I can fried the control board let me know what you think thanks.
For model number Kdte334gps0
Hello Shannon, thank you for getting in touch. The power surge could have damaged the door switch or the control board. Check the door latch assembly with door switch, part number PS11756967. A faulty door switch will not allow the dishwasher to start. If the door switch is not the issue, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS12347291, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
