Twice in one week the washer section of this washer/dryer has come up with a very strong smell, like something is either about to quit, (electrical) or it might be a (Clutch) slipping. Machine is about two years old and is pretty much used 5 times a week or so. Load in machine doesn't seem to effect the smell but it has happened both times on (Casual) setting and it might have been on (Delicate). Have runs several other loads of various degrees of load and it has not done it again. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Hello Steve, thank you for your question. Is the smell like burning rubber, or more of an electrical smell? A burning rubber smell could be the belt. Part number PS12342956. If the smell is more of an electrical smell, we recommend unplugging the appliance and calling a technician. Good luck with your repair.
