Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This grey tine row retainer is designed to securely hold the horizontal tine rows on your dishwasher rack, keeping them in place so dishes stay organized and stable throughout each wash cycle. It clips directly onto the rack to prevent tines from loosening or shifting, helping maintain proper spacing for plates, bowls, and cookware. A worn or broken retainer may cause the rack to feel loose or rattle during operation, making replacement necessary for smooth performance. Installation is quick and simply involves attaching the clip to the designated spot on the rack to restore proper support.

I just need the small clip that holds the right side rack in place (top rack) I think its 157 but I cant be sure. There is another part that looks more like it 146 but that couldn't possibly the clip I need. Can you help clarify for me? Also, do you have any suggestions as to why my dishwasher always smells horrible of garbage. We always rinse our plates, clean the filter inside. I have poured vinegar and a little bleach to get rid of smell but its back in a matter of 1 to 2 days. Thank you

Hello PK, Thank you for writing. The Item #157 and 146 are to hold the tine rows to the rack. The Clip you need is only sold as part of the PartSelect Number PS12114948 Item #A153. As for the smell this can be caused by something clogged in the drain pump or hose. We suggest removing them to clean any debris. We hope this helps!
