Dishwasher is stopping giving error code i20 if we clean the coarse filter it will work again properly for a few days. Could this be the reason ? Coarse filter needs replacement?Thanks, mark

Hi Mark, thank you for your question. That error code indicates that there is a problem with your appliance draining. So you would need to check your filters and tubes for any clogs. How often should the drain filter be changed? And how do you change it?

Hello James, thank you for contacting us. Dishwasher filters are generally not changed but cleaned regularly depending upon usage. Dishwasher filters should be cleaned every 2–3 months to maintain performance, though high-use households (daily, no pre-rinsing) should clean them every 2 weeks. To replace the drain filter in your dishwasher, fully remove the lower dish rack then rotate the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Glad to be of assistance!
