My washer won’t turn on I have to turn selected nob then it kicks on it won’t spin out and won’t draw fabric softener out of holder

My washer was making strange beeping noises and selector knob intermittently would hav erratic behavior. then it stopped powering on all together. I've replaced the Contoroll board and Door Lock Switch, but still no power. Will replacing the control panel fix this issue?
