The start button doesn't work but the rest of the buttons work fine. Which part should I order for this issue?

Hello Amy, Thank you for the question. If it is just the one button not working, normally the Control Panel will need to be replaced. Part #: PS11769756 for Black, Part #: PS11769757 for White and Part #: PS11769758 for Stainless Steel. Hope this helps!
None of the buttons work except if I hold in the sanitize button it counts down from 3, 2, 1 but no other buttons light up or operate on the panel.

My start button is sinking and very hard to push down. I am trying to find the part ( control panel) to replace it, but I cant find it. Can you tell me wich part number I need to order?

the small clips holding the control circuit board in place are broken. The control circuit board moves when the start button is pushed so it will not activate the circuit board. Which part do I need to repair?
