Hi. My dishwasher turns on and off as it should. It fills with water and drains fine. When wash is finished rhe soap is still sitting on the bottom of washer. Everything in the washer is wet also. Do you recommend the sump And motor part that is $320.08? I also noticed another that is around $250?
For model number WDF760SADM0
Hello Patrick, Thank you for your inquiry. You can test the sump and motor with a multimeter to see if it is causing the issue but we have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the dishwasher filter, the water inlet valve, the circulation pump, the turbidity sensor, and the filter screen. Also check your spray arms and make sure they are not clogged. You can test the other parts with a multimeter as well. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
Washer still has water in the bottom and then it seems to drain out later, leaving a film in the bottom. Still seems to clean OK, but not as well as it did.

Hello Michael, thank you for contacting us. Please investigate the drain tube and hoses for blockage and kinks. A clogged drain line can create such a problem. Given that the drain line is good, the most probable cause is a faulty drain pump, part number PS11753379. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
