This part is a replacement rack adjuster for your dishwasher. It is made of black plastic and is approximately 3 1/4 inches by 3 inches. The rack adjuster allows you to adjust the height of the rack. The rack adjuster can occasionally break, and when this happens you may notice that one side of your dish rack is lower than the other. My dishwasher top rack does not adjust on either side. Is there a “right” and a “left” adjuster. Part 4 on the diagram.

We have researched the model you have provided and have found the parts you are looking for are PS11756721 for the left side adjuster, and part# PS11756720 for the right side adjuster. PS11756831 #4 in the diagram is the upper rack left adjustor and can be used for either side. Left side of rack will not lock in up position. Do I need to replace all parts or will replacing the Dishwasher Rack Adjuster WPW10627763 fix the issue.
