Do both sides of the upper rack have the support clip #4 in the back of the rack? My dishwasher only has one on the right side. The left side of the upper basket recently came away from the track and i do not know how to reattach.

My top rack pulls out then comes down on at an angle. It's also has a lot of play (left to right movement) to it when I push it in. Seems like a support is loose or something, but the slides attached to the side walls are reasonably tight still.

Hi Carl, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would recommend replacing the upper dish rack support, part number PS11756421. It supports the dish rack as it slides in and out from the dishwasher. We hope that helps!
