The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. This part is the replacement manifold for your dishwasher. It is made of gray plastic and is approximately 13 inches long and 3 inches wide. The manifold protrudes from the tub wall and connects to the middle spray arm. If the manifold is damaged, the spray arm will not be able to wash the dishes in the dishwasher evenly. The manifold has a plastic part at the back end which has come off and is warped. Can I get this plastic piece without buying the whole manifold (wpw10571949) thanks for any help.

I confirmed with Maytag today that part # WPW10571949 is the correct part to replace center upper arm (manifold) for Model number MDB4949SDH2. It only has one hole in the end that connects to back of dishwasher.

Hi. The white plastic piece that connects the upper spray manifold to the water has fallen off. I am not sure which part to order - mine has a single hole, but this model dishwasher is not shown in the compatibility list. I can find the assembly with my model number, but the white plastic piece has two holes versus one. Both can't be correct! Any suggestions? Thank you.
