The trim on the upper drawer was fading, not causing any functional problems, just bumming us out a little.
We thought the trim piece would pop off the drawer, but instead the trim is glued to the drawer handle. After puzzling over what to do for a couple minutes, we grabbed some pliers and SLOWLY leveraged / peeled the old trim off and put the new trim on.
Go slow. Bend the old trim as you peel it off and use the pliers as a lever.

I need to replace the outside, stainless frame on the top drawer of my refrigerator. Can you send me a picture of this part to ensure that i am ordering the correct item? Do i need to replace the entire drawer for this repair? Thank you for a quick response.
For model number KRSC500ESS00
Hi Sue, thank you for your question. If you are looking at the very top drawer then you would have to replace the entire drawer. I have linked that part down below for you. Good luck with your repair.
Is part number 8 the entire front panel for the snack pan? It looks just like just a handle to the door.
For model number KSC24C8EYP02
Hi Peter, thank you for your question. This part is just the top trim. If you need the whole front panel you would have to replace the entire drawer itself as that is all one piece. Good luck with your repair.
