What is the part that plugs into part number 31? I was told it is the temperature reader.

Hello Alicia, Thank you for the question. If you are referring to the small white sensor with the white wire that leads to the wire harness for the control, it is the temperature sensor or thermister. This part is only sold as part of the control. Hope this helps!

Can this part PS2580944 be spliced to replace the damper thermistor?
