My washer will not stop filling with water. I did the "unplug test" while it was filling up and the water stopped. I just need to know what piece i need to order. Can you pleas help me?

Hello Jason, Thank you for the question. If the appliance continues to fill and stopped when unplugged, you would need to remove the main control board, PartSelect Number PS3497574. The board will tell the water valve when to fill and when to stop. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Hi Dennis, Thank you for the question. If the washer is skipping the rinse cycle and going right to the next cycle, I suggest replacing the timer. The timer on this model is part of the control board, Part Number: PS4704633. Hope this helps!
Washer works but does not rinse. Sorry, should have also stated washer stops completely when going to rinse cycle. Not sure what parts to replace.

Thank you for your question. I would suggest checking your lid switch. It may be that it will not let the appliance go into the rinse cycle. You may also want to check your water inlet valve as well. My washer will not fill with hot water. If i switch hoses it will fill with hot. Do you think i would need a water i let valve?
