Ice maker makes ice but spinning arm wont turn and push ice out dispenser

Hello Andrew, Thank you for contacting us. I suggest checking the following parts: PS11750315 Motor, or PS12348707 Ice container. The motor may be defective, you can test this with a multimeter. You also want to inspect the ice container for any damages or gear damages. Hope this helps!

Ice dispenser door does not open when glass is pressed against ice “paddle”/button. How do I determine if this is because of the motor or circuit board or some other thing?

Hi Daniel, Thank you for the question. When you press the glass on the ice paddle and you can not hear the motor turning on to dispense the ice as if it was not engaged to do dispense I suggest checking the Electronic Control,PartSelect Number PS11740442. If you hear the motor power up like it is trying to turn but it does not move then the motor would need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

How do i gain access to the chute door motor on this model so i can replace the door hinge? Have 4 screws removed, but can't pop the dispenser out.
