Hello Deirdre, thank you for the question. Error code F2E1 means there is a problem with the User Interface or Keypad, the Control, or the associated wiring. Power the unit down by turning off the circuit breaker for a minute. Power it on and see if there is any error code on the display again. If you have F2E1 error again, it means the keypad touch pad has a shorted or stuck key pad, which means the touch pad and control panel will need to be replaced with part number PS11765686.
