When the old one in my family's fridge broke, we didn't know how to fix it or where to get a new part. We have been grabbing ice straight from the box for about a year now till I decided to look online and finally found this place. The part took only 4 days to get here, and it was a great suprise to my family when they saw me putting it in. Now, we ice simply falls out the dispenser and we can have crushed again!

I used this Whirlpool part to repair a Viking ice maker. it was the identical part. Viking does not sell the piece parts, only the entire ice bucket.

The part fixed the problem. Shipping was pretty fast, as usual from PartSelect. The only con I can think of is : I wish the video had a little closer shot of installing the part. Other than that, I'm happy, as usual.
