Lower Wheel Assembly Specifications

The lower wheel assembly in your dishwasher allows the lower dish rack to roll in and out effectively. If you notice that one of the dish rack wheels is damaged or missing, this is the part you will need to replace it. This part consists of the wheel and axle or clip that holds it on the dish rack. This wheel assembly is sold individually. This lower wheel assembly is made of plastic, is gray in color and the wheel itself is approximately 1 and 3/4 inches in diameter. Many of our customers have rated this repair as easy. To complete this repair, simply remove the old wheel assembly, and snap the new one into place.

Upper dish-rack had broken wheel which holds the rack in the track, without the wheel the rack continually fell down. The lower rack had a broken wheel attachment which sometimes led the rack to become derailed.
I used a flat screwdriver and small forceps pliers to remove the broken wheel on the lower rack, followed the online video and it was done in a few moments. On the upper one I removed the end piece using small forceps pliers then removed the broken wheel. I used the flat screwdriver to ease the new wheel assembly on the the rack, engaged it in the track then replaced the end piece on the track and the repair was complete. I did order 2 of each item to keep as spare for the next repair!

Door wouldn't shut
Remove the screws , opened door panel. Removed switch with latch and replaced with new parts. Replaced panel and screws. Install completed.

Two broken lower rack wheels
It is such an easy snap-on repair that a child could do it. I am grateful that your company had a picture so I could compare my broken part with the ones you guys have as I couldn't find my model number. I took my time to do the job right, so it took me almost 15 seconds! lol

unable to press the handle down because handle was broke
removed panel inside dishwasher. 11 screws. and removed two connectors. make sure power is off. the two connectors stay hot and got electrocuted twice. real easy

A couple of wheels fell of and melted in the dishwasher.
I used to love my dishwasher, but the top shelf was hanging and the bottom rack kept getting hung up. I was helping clean up at a friends house and was very envious of how nice her dishwasher was working. I was considering getting a new one. Then I decided to go online and see if I could find the parts. For under $15.00 I purchased both wheel assemblies. Also, I received them the next day!! Now, I love my dishwasher again....

Two of the wheels had been melted on lower rack
The two replacement wheels arrived very quickly. It was so easy to install. All I had to do was snap the old ones out and snap in the new wheels. Very fast and easy! Good company to purchase from.

5 of the 8 wheels on the lower dishwasher rack had broken off
I simply snapped the new wheel assemblies back on. The main thing I want to say is that I have never owned a dishwasher that required replacing wheels and I believe there is a design flaw in the wheel that they break so easily. If you look at the way they are mounted on the rack, eventually the weight of dishes on the rack will wear them out and break them. It cost me nearly $50 to replace them all. I bought extras because I know more will break in the future.
