I need help knowing what parts i will need to order. My stove's problem is the number pad doesn't work and the controls for bake, broil, convect, oven light, fan, cancel, other touchpad buttons don't work either. My clock is working, but i can't change the time.

Hi Bill,
Thank you for your question. If the touchpad is not responding, you will need to check the oven sensor with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If it checks our fine, you will need to check the electronic control board. I hope this helps. My control panel only half works. The vent, convection buttons do not work at all. Then off and on my number keyboard will work and then some days it will not. Will this fix the issue? I know you can’t guarantee but it seems like everything points to this. Do you have a return policy?

Touch pad control respond and work correctly but lightning is poor, very hard to read digits.

Hi Tony, Thank you for the question. The Electronic Clock Oven Control only controls the oven. The stove top burners are controlled by the switches that sit behind the knobs for each burner. hope this helps!

The left side of the panel where bake, broil, favorites, setup, etc., does not work. When I press in nothing happens. The right side with numbers work. Can you help?

The number touchpad does not work for numbers 1 through 6. 7 through 9 still work. I assume it’s the control pad that needs replaced. Any help would be appreciated

Hi the broil feature on my oven stopped working. I have a new element but that isn’t the problem. From time to time the whole display screen locks up and non of the buttons work, a power cycle so far has fixed the screen but not the broil feature. I’m wondering if the control board is what I’m after

Good afternoon, few weeks ago, I had a short circuit in my oven and the lower element stop working, we replaced it, but still not working, we replace the high limit temperature switch in the cooktop control circuit, now the element is working but it does not stop when the temperature is reached, the temperature continues to rise. Any idea?
