Red indicator light stays on at the control switch when the burner is turned off.

Hello Keith, thank you for your question. That is usually caused by the burner switch. We would recommend replacing the switch and if the issue persists, we would recommend testing the burner. I hope this helps!

Older electric slide in downdraft oven and stovetop, unable to see timers or temperature display, lighting?

The touch pad doesn’t work .
