Bake Element WP7406P272-60

I wanted to try this myself and it worked so easily for me. Just one screw and a couple of pulls and then the new one put in. Took me less than 5 minutes to complete. I have my oven back and the element is working perfectly. Fast delivery and perfect part! Thanks! Five stars to you! I will definitely use you for parts from now on.

The part came in quickly (~2 days) and was exactly what I needed. The power needs to be disconnected to the oven before making the repair, so have a flashlight on hand. But, the bake element is held by 2 screws in the back which may be a little difficult to get started depending on the age and use of the oven. Once the screws are out, you will have to pull the old one out until you see the wires connecting it. The pull is a little harder than you might expect. There is some insulation thatcause a little friction. Keep pulling, it will come out. Unplug the wires feom the old. Plug in the new and screw it back to the back of the oven. Turn the power back on, and you are done!

The parts was in great condition and came fast. Easy to install and oven is working again.

I needed an older bake element to replace that will keep the o en running until it gets replaced. Easy to install in a Jenn Air oven ..

Now that my oven is in good working order I'm planning on using it for a standing rib roast for Thanksgiving. Should have replaced that heating element long before I did.

First element arrived in mutilated package [FedX] and element was bent...re-ordered and element arrived without any damage to box or element [UPS]..ParsSelect via phone were very helpful in getting a new element to us.
