How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

i need all 4 of the burner control knobs as we cannot see anything on our knobs
are the new ones better made not to erase when we wash the stove only using dish soap

Hello Roch, Thank you for writing. We only sell original OEM parts so the knobs listed are the same as the original knobs that come with the appliance. We hope this helps!

The whole cooktop has no heat or indicator lights. The control panel works, clock, timers, all options and the oven all work. It seems weird that the whole cooktop is out of power would this be one part fix or multiple parts?
For model number jes9800bab
Hi Dayle,
Thank you for your question. I would suggest checking all of your burner switches and your burners. It is strange that the whole cooktop would go out because each part sort of works by itself. You might also want to take a look at your wiring harness for your burners and cooktop as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
