Key pad has locked up. When touched there is no 'beep" and no change in display.Displays numbers and a letter and won't clear even when circuit breaker is off.

Will not fire both upper boiler and bottom bake elements. Control pad works fine, relay clicks but no heat.

Hello Dusty, thanks for reaching out to us. There are a couple of parts we recommend inspecting, that could be causing your symptoms. First, the Oven Sensor - it measures and regulates the internal temperature of your oven cavity. Second, the Terminal Block - with this part, the house power is connected to the range wire harness. Always remember to disconnect your appliance from the power source before attempting repairs on these parts! We hope this helps. Good luck with this repair.
Blower fan continues to run after the oven has cooled and when selecting any heating temperature the oven acts as if it is already up to temperature when it is actually cool and the elements never come on. I’m not sure if it is coincidence or a troubleshooting clue, but the inside oven light bulb now has a bad filiment.
I checked the temperature sensor ohms and if I’m reading it correctly, it read 1240 ohms at room temperature. I pulled the control board and I don’t see any noticeable burn or discoloration marks, but I’m not able to test the relays for proper operation. Do you think the control board is the issue?
The model number of the board assembly is 8507P285-60.
Thank you.

Hi Terry, thank you for reaching out. Yes, the issue could be with the oven control board, part number PS11744231. The board receives the sensor input and drives the heating elements and fan relay. A fault in the board’s temperature-sensing circuitry can cause it to misinterpret the oven’s actual temperature. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
