Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.
bins would not stay on track due to broken back tabs
I removed the old bins, making sure to get all the pieces that had broken from the back tabs where they slide into the upper support racks. The replacement bins slid in easily and work perfectly.
ice maker worked but would not release the ice through the door
The part that actually moved the ice in the bucket itself kept slipping off the ice bucket in the refrigerator. This was causing ice not to be dispensed. It turned out to be a screw hole that was stripped and was not tight enough to keep the part in place to work properly. I just took it apart and replaced the bucket, put the screw b

I know this was caused by my 6 year old daughter not closing the drawer correctly and the front door getting closed on it. I will have to say when I first came to the site to place my order I thought I was going to have to pay alot more than I did for the parts. The pictures were a great help in finding exactly what I needed. The order was received in great condition and very fast. I will be ordering from you again in the future if I ever need anything else repaired. Thanks for helping a women be independant and fix her own repairs.

Hello Tom, Thank you for your inquiry. We show the dimension as approximately 9 inches high by 19 1/2 inches wide by 13 inches from front to back with the back tabs adding another two inches. Hope this helps!

Can i order a new top crisper ( vegetable) drawer?

It looks like the only ones that we still have left are your large crisper, which is above this one that you questioned on, and this bottom drawer that you have questioned on.
