The part was an exact replacement for my machine
Part arrived quickly and after watching a YouTube video on how to take my washer apart, I had the old part removed and the new one installed in about 10 minutes. Easiest repair I have ever performed.

The washer starts the first cycle fills with water and agitates but will not advance past that point. It will not pump off soapy water. I have already replaced pump. Is it the timer that needs to be replaced?
For model number 11022722100
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your question. If your timer is not advancing past a certain point, then the timer is one part you will need to check. I would advise doing a load of clothes on a different setting to see if the timer advances all the way. If it does then you will need to replace the timer. There are some other parts that you will also need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the lid switch assembly, the direct drive motor coupling, the direct drive water pump, the timer dial, the knob spring clip and the water inlet valve. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

How do you replace this part?
Hi Ronald,
Thank you for your inquiry. Before beginning any repair please unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet. Push in the timer dial and turn it counter clockwise and take it right off. Grab the dial and pull it right off. Unscrew the 2 timer holding screws. Remove the twin cams and holding screws and remove the control panel. Remove the wiring harness from the timer and remove the old timer. Connect the wire harness to the new timer. put the timer in place and lower the control panel and put the control panel back in place. Screw in the 2 holding screws. Put the dial and the knob back on. Secure the control panel with the screws. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, I punched my model number in and got a list of parts for that number, its a Kenmore washing machine timer. The part number for the timer is different than the one on my washer. The replacement part is compatible with 3955193 but does not include 3955195 which is what my part shows to be. Is this the correct timer for my washer? Thanks in advance, robert
For model number 11022712100

My washer won’t advance to the next cycle. How do i know if it’s the timer or the lid switch?
Hi Branden,
Thank you for your inquiry. To verify if the problem is the timer or the lid switch, you will need to use a multimeter to check the continuity of each part. Also, to verify if it is the timer, you can try it on a different setting than what you normally choose to see if the timer will advance. If it advances on a different setting then the issue is with the timer. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

my washer does through the wash cycall and when it should pump the water out the washer just humbs and then turns off
For model number 11023812100
Hi Edward, thank you for the question. We would suggest checking the drain hose for any blockage first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS11741239. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
