Remodeling a house and front panel on dishwasher was bent and needed replaced. I just measured panel and ordered without a model or part number. Was so lucky the panel fit perfect.
Just took old panel off and went side to side and then slide panel under front trim. Of course it was easier because the bottom door trim was off and now I have to find that replacement part. Not having any luck with that!

Missing front panel
Purchase new filler panel, new outer panel, and gasket to hold panel in place. Secure gasket to dishwasher frame then insert new panels.
Washed the edges good and clean to remove old tape that was holding the old panels. Slid in the new ones and found that the retaining strip would not work without replacing the inner strip. I didn't want to order this $53 dollar plastic strip so I squeezed a couple of rubber pieces into the bottom of the side edges to hold the top panel.
... Read morePlaced the retaining strip in place and used a long strip of black duct tape at this bottom edge to hold it all. It works and the new panels make the dish washer look close to new,the black duct tape hardly shows. This works good for my 10+ year old dishwasher until it is replaced with one that has a better door design.
Pulled off the bottom trim, slid the old panel off and put the new panel on. Then popped back on the bottom trim.

Color didn't match updated look
First I removed the the rubber sides. Then I slide the replacement panel over the exisiting one. That's it no other tools were needed. I didn't even break a sweat.
I removed the four screws, two at the bottom and two at the top, of the lower access panel and removed the broken assembly. I removed the piece of rubber trim from the bottom of the door panel (unsnaps from it's channel). I pried off the damaged bright trim from the left side of the door, scraping off most of the glue residue with a knife
... Read more and finally cleaning the rest with solvent. I cut the new piece of bright trim to fit with siscors and pressed it in place. I used the remainder of the new trim and a piece cut from the old damaged trim previously removed to trim the lower access panel. I carefully removed the insulation from the old access panel and installed it in the new access panel with double sided tape. I followed the instructions that came with the new panels and installed them in the door and access panels. I reinstalled the rubber trim in the bottom chanel of the door. I moved the other parts from the old access panel to the new access panel and reinstalled the new access panel assembly with the four screws removed earlier. Finished... I found other sites with the parts but ordered from PartSelect because your site made it easier to identify and select the right parts to order. My order shipped very quickly and everything arrived perfectly. I'm impressed. Thank you...

What are the dimensions of this panel?

I would like to change my color from black to white by changing the door panels. I can find a replacement for the door panel but can't seem to find a replacement for the bottom panel. Can you tell me if one is available.

So my retainer (wpl 3370441) for the front panel is missing and my cover got bent up. Ordered a new panel and it is on its way! (yay!) cannot find the retainer panel part anywhere as it has been discontinued by Whirlpool. Any suggestions for a remedy so that i don't mess up my new panel?
