This indispensable part supplies water to critical refrigerator components like the ice maker and water dispenser. Prior to installation, remember to safely store perishables, power-off, and close the water supply. Don't forget to wear protective gloves for safety. Remember, while parts may look visually similar, there may be slight differences in size and shape, so ensure the correctness for your model number prior to ordering.

Will this fit my 2000 model kitchen aid ref. And can i get instructions on how to put it in?
For model number KSRS25IHWH00
Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. The PS11739922 is the correct part for the model number provided. After pulling the appliance out and turning off the water supply, you will need to remove the back, bottom cover to expose the water valve where the water line connects. You will need to unscrew the valve from its mount to get to the bottom of the valve. With a 5/16 wrench you can pull the waterline out of the bottom of the valve. You will now need to remove the brass clips that hold the water line to the back of the appliance. Next open the freezer and remove the top shelves. You will then need to remove the ice maker access door and then ice maker its self. You will see the black tube at the top of the freezer above the ice maker. You can move it side to side until it comes lose. You will then need to slowly pull the tub out. You will continue until he water line is out. You will then reverse the steps to install the new water line threading it back through the hole. Be sure to have the black tubing installed side ways. You will then reverse steps to install the water line to the valve and the clips on the back of the appliance and the back cover at the bottom. Hope this helps!

My water pressure is very low. The water to the ice maker only fills the first and second ice compartments. The water dispenser comes out very slowly. I replaced the water inlet valve, the ice maker assembly and the water filter housing with no results. Could the problem be the water supply valve coming from the wall?
