Handle broke off
First I removed the upper handle part (slides up and off), and repeated with the lower handle component (slides down and off).
The middle handle section was easily removed with a screwdriver. I replaced it with the new one and slid on the upper and lower parts.

PartSelect Number: PS358591 for the Ice Maker and PartSelect Number PS11739122 for the Bottom Crisper Drawer. We hope this helps.
Does this kit come with both handles? Both of mine are broken.
