We have researched the model number you have provided and the LO error code indicates that the washer is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water, the door will stay locked and the controls will not activate. First, check the fill hoses to make sure they kinked or damaged and that both the hot and cold water supply lines are completely turned on. It could also be an issue with the water inlet valve, part# PS11739418 for earlier versions of this water, and part# PS11739466 for the later versions with a serial/series number that starts with 83 and up, the dispenser valve, and the pump and motor assembly.
