Hello Dennis, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could be the issue. First I would suggest pulling the appliance out from the wall, unplugging and defrosting the unit. Clean any dust or debris from around the compressor as well as the condenser coils. If the appliance is plugged in, and still runs continuously, you will want to check the Bi-Metal Defrost Thermostat, Defrost Heater, and condenser fan motor. If the issue persists after those parts are tested/replaced, the issue is most likely with the inverter board, or main electronic control board. I hope this helps!

Hi Marty, Thank you for your question. It is normal for the refrigerator temperature to fluctuate above or below the set temperature. The refrigerator normally operates at 37 degrees. The amount of food in the refrigerator will cause the temperature to change. Also, if the refrigerator is defrosting, the defrost thermostat or the adaptive defrost control board will adjust the temperature as well. The Thermistor is located in the freezer would have one on the left side wall with a cover over it that is held in by a screw.
