plastic crisper pans broke
the plastic handle of both crisper pans broke. had to buy the entire pan. just took out the old and slipped in the new ones.

My crisper drawer won't open. It's stuck closed except at random times. What causes this?

Hi Christy,
Thank you for your inquiry. Whatever is causing the problem will be physical. I would suggest checking the back wheels of your drawer and also checking to see if there are any blockages in the track that the wheels roll on. You might have to replace the wheels on your drawer if when you spin them there is resistance. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.

The drawers in the refrigerator do not hang or slide. Is it the track or the drawers? I think both are broken or faulty.

Thanks for your question. It would be worth examining both closely to check if there is any wear and tear, but if you suspect both are faulty, definitely replace both. The rails would be included with the frame, part number PS11738990, which does not come with the glass.

There is a long thin rubber gasket (13.5" x 3/8") on the top front of the chassis where the crisper drawer meets the chassis when the drawer is closed. Ours is falling off. Is there a replacement for the gasket? If not, can you recommend how to glue the gasket back on? Thanks!

Our refrigerator is missing a drawer. I would like to replace it. I think it is a crisper drawer. It is not the bottom meat drawer. It would be the second drawer from the top. Can you tell me if the crisper drawer is the correct drawer to order.
