How do I replace the vertical mullion rail ? Thanks !!
For model number JFC2089WEM
Hi Jeff, Thank you for the question. First you will need to remove the one screw in the center, When you open the doors you will see around the middle of the rail where it attaches to the door. Next slide the rail up to remove. Then remove the wire connector. Reverse the steps to install the new Rail. Hope this helps!

When i shut the left door of the fridge (this is the one with the mullion) the right door pops open. Often times we do not notice that the right door is open a the fridge keeps running. This just started happening recently. Is there a remedy of a part that can fix this problem? Thanks. Andrew
For model number GX5SHDXVY04
Good Day Andrew. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number GX5SHDXVY04). We would recommend examining your fridge to see if any any of the shelves or bins are not properly installed or if they may have been knocked off their alignment. This could cause your door to be forced open after you closed it. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

The left side handlebar on the middle door of this Fridges screw is loose.
For model number WRX735SDBM00
Hello Margie, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, there is a set screw at the front bottom of the handle. You have to use an Allen wrench to tight that screw. If it does not help, you may need to replace the door handle, part number PS11723191. We hope this helps!
