When water dispenser inside refrigerator is depressed to release water and then the glass is removed, the water keeps running for about 5-7 seconds.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the question.This sounds like the Water Valve is "stuck" open and has a delay in turning the water off. I suggest replacing the valve,PartSelect Number PS11738514. Hope this helps!

My JennAir refrigerator at times when I use the water dispenser it will stick and continue running. I need to tap the dispenser to unstick so it stops running. Can you provide the part number and perhaps instructions on replacing if available.

Hi Sean, thank you for getting in touch. We suggest checking the limit switch, part number PS11738545, if it is damaged and needs to be replaced. You will need a flat screwdriver to remove the dispenser cover and then you can access the switch inside the slot. We hope this helps!

Water dispensor valve is sticking, hard to shut off. can i replave the valve or the switch that controls the valve?
