My dishwasher is dripping from this housing. Is it the housing that should be replaced, or more likely the float or gaskets above?
For model number KDTE404DSP0
Hello Liz, Thank you for the question. In most cases the Gasket Part #: PS11746142 will need to be replaced. We also suggest checking the Nut Part #: PS11750030 and the Float Part #: PS11750028 for wear or damaged. We hope this helps.
I have water dripping off of the body of float assembly. It’s not from the gasket that holds the body in. How do you remove the float inside the dishwasher.
Thanks
For model number KDTE104ESS3
Hello Dennis, thank you for the question. We have attached a relevant video that is not the exactly same but it will help you in removing the float. We hope this helps!

On occasion our dishwasher leaks from the float area underneath. It appears to be coming from the housing. Any idea where it could be leaking from?
For model number MDB7749SBM2
Hello Adrianne, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the gasket seal for the float, PartSelect Number PS11746142. If it is damaged or missing it cause a leak into the housing. Hope this helps!
My dishwasher does not drain water sometimes. It seems like the float valve is jammed usually. Once I lift it and put it back it works for awhile until the next time it is jammed while closing the drawer. Can you help?

Hello Dhruvesh,
Thanks for your question. There are a few parts you may want to check with this type of issue. Examine the sump pump check valve for signs of wear and tear, along with the drain hoses. You may also want to test the drain pump for continuity using a multimeter, and replace it if it shows no continuity.
I hope this helps.
Drain pump was making a grumbling noise that you could hear and feel when you held the pump, installed new pump and the same thing is happening, any ideas ?
