My Maytag washer will no longer add hot water….only cold. We’ve checked all supply hoses & everything works properly. It cycles as normal only no hot water on that temperature selection.

Hi Dwayne, Thank you for reaching out. If the water flow to the washer is good, we suggest checking the Pressure Hose. make sure there is no build soap up and the water can pass through properly. We hope this helps!

Load type selector switch does not work and has not worked from the beginning. I see a selector switch in the parts or does that issue require the control board?

The selector switch will stick in in the spin mode.
will replacing the select switch repair this issue.

Hello William, Thank you for your inquiry. You can test the switch with a multimeter to see if it is the cause. This particular switch is for the soil level. On this model, the timer cycle is actually managed by the control board, part# PS10062118. We hope this helps.
