Washer leaked under hot valve intake and runs down back of second silver panel in back. It does not leak around where water comes into valve and hose area. Could it be intake valve needing replacement?
For model number WTW5640XW0
Hi Adam,
Thank you for your question. I would say probably yes. The only other thing I would suggest checking are the hoses that go from your valve into the dispenser drawer. Just to double check everything. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Water drips inside tub when washer is not in use.
For model number wtw5500xwo
Hi Joey,
Thank you for your question. If you have water dripping inside your washer when it is not is use, the issue would be one of the water inlet valves and one of them will need to be replaced. The part numbers listed under your model number for both the hot and cold water inlet valves are PS12348074 and PS12348073. You will need to check the valves to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer has started leaking, apparently at the detergent fill valve. Is there a replacement set for all the solenoids, or is there a specific one that i can order? And/or, is there something else i can check before ordering parts?
For model number MVWX700XL1
Hi Dave, the solenoids are part of this part W11168740. Check to make sure the washer is level. That the fill hoses are attached tightly. Make sure that the fill hose flat washers are properly seated, Check all of the plumbing for leaks and that the washer is loaded properly.Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Replaced them BOTH
I thought if one was going to go then the other might not be far behind. Ordering was super simple and using online videos really helped. I decided to replace the hoses as well as everything was 11 years old. Local stores had me on a 2 week wait and these folks had them to me overnight (slight fee of course).
The valves I had were fine but the rubber gaskets failed so as with everything you have to buy the complete parts.
Works just fine and now when I go on a trip we will turn the water lines off. Hey who knows I fixed it and think it’s good to go but knock on wood ??
