I've just gotten some heat damage to the plastic piece that is screwed onto the metal piece that controls the burner. Which piece is this, bezel or knob? Without a picture, can i be sure that this piece will match the one it replaces. Thanks.

The bezel under my knob detached. I do not need the knob. What is the part number just for the bezel so I can replace it. Apparently customer service does not know the answer as they keep telling me that I need to order the knob and all the pieces are connected. After taking the knob off they are not connected. After looking at many diagrams, it appears I can order these separately. Please help with a part number!!!

Can you tell me what the color is? Its hard to tell on the photos. Can it be returned if it's the wrong part?

One of the bezel components has come loose. The ones that I see on your site are black. Mine in clear with a chrome ring. Do you have this part?
