I washed all 5 knobs to the stove in dawn dish soap and they all peeled. I have been washing them since i got the range. The only thing different is i have been using the broiler recently, but always close the door. I am hesitant to buy new knobs at $21.00 a piece for fear that this will continue to happen. Any solution?Thank you,

Hello Mary, thank you for your question. We would recommend using a damp cloth to clean, maybe not use any detergent. Unfortunately, all the parts are exact replacements for what you already have on the unit so there is a real chance this would happen again unfortunately. I hope this helps!

I need the small plastic the goes inside the knob that turns the range on

Hello Adriana, Thank you for the question. If you need the small plastic D shape clip that goes in the hole in the back of the knob that helps grip the Shaft for the valve you will need to order the knob PartSelect Number PS11729081 as it is not sold sepratley. Hope this helps!

Hi Julia,
Thank you for your question. The part number listed under your model number for the LP conversion kit is PS11736416. To adjust the oven so it will work with LP, you will need to adjust the cap on the regulator/safety valve. Unscrew the cap. Carefully look at the spring retainer to locate the NAT or LP position. Place your thumb against the flat side of the spring retainer and press down to remove the retainer. Turn the spring retainer over so that LP is showing on the bottom. Snap the retainer back into position and retighten the cap back onto the regulator. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
