I need the clip part number that goes with this fan
For model number GSE25HMHBHES
Hello Angela, thank you for your question. This model doesn't have a clip that fits on the end of the shaft but a compression ring mounted to the center of blade so it fits snugly on the shaft. To install this part, simply pull the old fan blade off and slide the new one onto the shaft. I hope this helps.

Humming sound from freezer
For model number GZS23HSECFSS
Hello Frank, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the fan at the back of the freezer to see if there is a ice or frost build up causing friction on the blades. We hope this helps.
JUST FOUND UNIT IN BACK ROOM HAD STOPPED COOLING. I FOUND A DRIED MOUSE LODGED UNDER THE CONDENSER FAN BLADE KEEPING IT FROM TURNING. ONLY THING WORKING IS LIGHTS
For model number GSL25IGRB BS
Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator is not cooling, you will likely need to replace the condenser fan motor and possibly the start relay and capacitor. You should also check the electronic control board, the temperature sensor and the defrost thermostat. We have included some links that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
how do I replace the noisy fan above the refrigerated section? It is a built in model. Can it be changed/repaired while still built-it?
For model number ZISB420DR1
Hello Paul, Thank you for writing. The Air Damper above the Fresh Food Section can be replaced. Unplug the fridge, remove the light cover, and the damper will be behind some Styrofoam. We hope this helps!
Our GE fridge model #GFE26JYMWFFS started making noises from the motor in the freezer. We defrosted it and it worked quietly for about a week and is now making the noise again. A loud buzzing/humming sound constantly.
I took the back of the freezer off to see if I could see that the fan was broken or had visible damage. I don’t really know what I’m looking at or for.
For model number GFE26JYMWFFS
Hi Chrissy, thank you for getting in touch. We would recommend checking the evaporator fan blades for any damage. If blades are fine, we would recommend replacing the evaporator fan motor, part number PS16729767. Good luck with this repair!
