Dishrack Rollers and Axles - Kit of 8 Specifications
If you are having trouble rolling your dish rack in and out, there could be an issue with the rollers or axles. Check the existing rollers and axles for any visible physical damage. Replace the parts if the rollers or their axles are damaged. These rollers attach to the dish rack allowing the rack to roll in and out with ease. This pack includes 8 gray rollers measuring at approximately 1.75 inches L x 0.75 inches W x 1.75 inches H. Each roller comes with an axle.

Dishwasher rack roller works fine
The part worked great. My only concern is the part I was replacing was two rollers held together by a separate part which was not even listed as an avalarte so I worried this single roller might not work. Just a note in the description would have helped. But I’m completely satisfied with the part and the fast delivery.

A big improvement over the original design.
Better than expected. Installed easily, within minutes, & will very likely outlast the lifetime of the dishwasher on which they were installed.

Wheels kept coming off
Wheels and axles come separately and no instructions were included. After a few minutes of looking at the parts, I realized you have to put the axles on the wheels and then snap it on the dish rack. Once I did the first one, the others were easy. Made my dishwasher feel like it was new. Obviously the design of the original wheels was faul
... Read morety as these were a different design.
The lower dishrack connectors on the original roller axle parts had loosened so the rollers kept falling off
1. assemble each of the new rollers and axles by inserting the axle through the roller from the back side; push until the two parts snap together; 2. remove the cutlery basket, take the lower dishrack out of the dishwasher and turn it upside
... Read moredown; 3. remove the old rollers from the dishrack and send them for recycling; 4. push each roller on the corresponding wire shaft of the dishrack, with the axle connector arm against the vertical part of the shaft, pushing the roller assembly against the shaft until it snaps together. NOTE: the new rollers are wider than the originals and fit snugly on the tracks; no wobbling; the connector snaps are an improved design that should last as long as the dishwasher.

Bottom dish rack would not roll in and out because several wheels were off because of broken axles. It had to be lifted to get in and out which resulted in many chipped and broken dishes.
I removed the bottom rack from dishwasher. Took off the wheels with the broken axles. Put the new axles on the new wheels and slipped them on the rack. They fit perfectly and rack now glides in and out smoothly. Easy as pie, and took less than 10 minutes. Parts arrived in just two days. Thanks for the great service.

My lower rack wheel is falling off the axle due to the wheel retainer is broken. It is a separate part that is inserted into the wheel. The lower rack blowup does not show this part, only the wheel. I bought two new wheels and they do not include these inserts. How do i get replacements for these?
For model number PDW8400J03CC
Hello Ron, Thank you for your inquiry. We show that this kit does have the axles that insert into the wheels and clip to the dishrack with it. Hope this helps!
