My digital control panel will not let me change the temperature. And both the fridge and the freezer quit. I can hear the motor running. Do i need to replace the control panel? Or is there another part i might need to replace?

Refrigerator goes power on and power off in five seconds powers on and power on iback off in five seconds is this the control board???

It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty temperature sensor PS1765215, you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary. Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator is not working, first, use an extension cord and plug it in to another electrical outlet. If it works, then the issue is with the outlet it was previously plugged into. If it is still not working. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue.
