Dryer Would Not Turn Off Unless Door Was Open
This seems to be a common issue with newer LG dryers. I found some great info online and watched a youtube video on how to replace the circuit board:

The hardest part was getting the connectors off. We needed to use pliers. Other than that, this was a pretty easy job and now the dryer is working fine again!
