part not installed yet
from time of order to delivery it took 6 days the part looks the same as original but after unplugging the range for about 8 hrs the range started working again. This is the third time in the last 2 yrs I've done this, the range that is less than 3 yrs old. The first time it happened the range was about 1 month out of warranty so since the range is working now I'll keep the part as a spare in case the unplugging fails to reset the circuit board.

this is a control panel part
Can I install this part and is it a plug in?
It's difficult to take off the area around the top gas controls
For model number PGS920SEF1S
Hi Josephine,
Thank you for your question. This part is the electronic control board. It goes behind the control panel. You should be able to do the repair yourself. Wires would plug into the electronic control board. Before beginning this repair, please unplug the range from the electrical outlet and shut off the gas to the range. We have included a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference on how to install the electronic control board. The range in the video is not a gas range, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

Does this come with the glass touchpad?
For model number WB27X25332

I believe I shorted out the control panel when moving the inside oven light fixture.
I don't see this board model #. Do you carry it or a compatible version?
I can access the board, so do I merely plug a new unit as the old one is configured?
Thanks,
Bill

My Control panel stopped working....again.
Do I need to buy the circuit board or the circuit board with the glass panel?
For model number PCGS920SEF5SS
Hello Allan, thank you for getting in touch. Use a damp cloth to gently clean the surface of the control panel and dry it. Sometimes, a dirty surface can interfere with the panel's ability to detect touch. A recurring issue with the control panel, also indicates a failing or malfunctioning control board, part number PS11700834. We hope this helps.
My stove display just blinks, like a clock that lost power. Should I replace the control board T012 ELE. Already shut the breaker in hope it would reset.
